Male Pedestrian Dead in Olive Street Hit-and-Run Crash [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (January 22, 2026) – A pedestrian sustained injuries following an Olive Street hit-and-run crash late Monday night.

It was around 10:15 p.m. when a pedestrian crossing the street was hit by a northbound vehicle. 

Troopers said the vehicle fled to unknown direction.

Sadly, the pedestrian was declared deceased at the crash scene.

Investigators are locating evidence and surveillance footage in to identify the make and model of the involved vehicle.
