Pedestrian Hospitalized after DUI Crash on Sutton Place in Santa Rosa
Santa Rosa, CA (August 6, 2022) – Early Friday morning, a 43-year-old man sustained injuries in a crash on Sutton Place.
Subsequently, police arrested 31-year-old Cody Rosado of Santa Rosa for a felony DUI.
The crash happened at around 4:40 a.m. on August 26.
CHP responded to Sutton Place west of Standish Avenue for a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash on private property.
EMS took the pedestrian to the Santa Rosa Memorial hospital for a major, but non-life-threatening injury.
The driver of a 1990 BMW car, Rosado, showed signs of alcohol intoxication.
Further investigation into this crash is underway.
