According to the Tucson Police Department (TPD), the incident occurred on December 12 near the intersection of 29th Street and Alvernon Way.
Officers say a 52-year-old man was walking in the area when he was hit by a vehicle.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital for emergency treatment.
