Glendale, AZ (May 28, 2025) – A male pedestrian sustained injuries in a crash on 93rd Avenue and Glendale Avenue.

A tow truck struck a man overnight in Glendale’s Westgate area, leaving him with serious injuries.

Glendale Police responded to the scene around 1 a.m. Wednesday near 93rd Avenue and Glendale Avenue after receiving reports of a pedestrian-involved crash. 

When officers arrived, they found the injured man lying in the roadway.

Emergency responders transported the man to the hospital, where he was treated for serious injuries, according to police.

Preliminary findings from the investigation revealed that the man was crossing Glendale Avenue mid-block when the tow truck hit him. 

The tow truck driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
