Police Investigate Crash on W.W. White Road in San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 14, 2025) — A 52-year-old man suffered major injuries Saturday evening in a crash on W.W. White Road after being struck by a vehicle while crossing on San Antonio’s East Side, according to local authorities.
The collision occurred around 8:15 p.m. in the 1700 block of W.W. White Road. Officials say the man was crossing the road from east to west, outside of a marked crosswalk, when a northbound vehicle struck him.
Emergency responders transported the injured pedestrian to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention. His condition has not been released, but police confirm the injuries are considered serious.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, contacted authorities, and is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
