Police Investigate Hit-And-Run Crash on Golden State Highway in Bakersfield
Bakersfield, CA (June 3, 2021 ) – Thursday morning, a male pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on Golden State Highway.
The fatal Bakersfield hit-and-run crash happened at around 6:12 a.m. on June 3.
The California Highway Patrol said the man was on northbound Golden State Highway with his dog when they both were hit. However, the driver immediately left the scene.
Emergency crews took the victim to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
They have no details on the suspect vehicle at this time.
