Losing a loved one in a pedestrian crash is devastating. When a person is struck and killed early in the morning, families may be left with grief, shock, funeral expenses, insurance questions, and many painful unknowns.
These tragedies often require careful investigation, especially when authorities are still reviewing whether impairment, visibility, lighting, driver attention, or roadway conditions may have contributed.

Pedestrian accidents can involve complex evidence.
