Fatal Pedestrian Crash on 110 Freeway in Harbor Gateway Area of Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 11, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Monday night in the Harbor Gateway area of Los Angeles, authorities said.
 
The crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. on southbound 110 Freeway at El Segundo Boulevard.
 
CHP officials did not provide details of how the crash occurred, but they confirmed that the pedestrian was killed. The identity of the victim was not immediately available pending next of kin notification.
 
The crash closed all southbound lanes of the freeway while police conducted their investigation.
