People Transported in US 290 Collision [Hollister, TX]

Hollister, TX (June 7, 2025) – People were hurt following a US 290 collision Friday morning.

The traffic incident happened around 5:10 a.m. on the highway’s feeder road. 

Investigators said an officer was conducting a traffic stop when a collision between a black car and an 18-wheeler happened.

According to the authorities, at least two to three people, including the officer, were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

There is no information if the occupants of the black car were among those who were hospitalized.

The authorities advised drivers to expect delays and use alternate routes.
