Columbia Woman Pollyanna Tinker Dead in I-70 Collision

Fatality Reported in Boone County Traffic Accident

Boone County, MO (March 3, 2026) – Pollyanna Tinker, 50, from Columbia, was killed in an I-70 collision Sunday night.

The deadly traffic crash happened before 9 p.m. on the eastbound freeway near Rangeline Street.

Troopers said Tinker was attempting to cross the freeway by going south across the roadway when she was struck by a car.

Sadly, Tinker was killed at the crash scene.

MSHP is conducting a further investigation into this accident.
