Quincy Jette Killed in Horrific Crash on Highway 71 [Spicewood, TX]

(June 08, 2025) – 19-year-old Quincy Jette died Thursday afternoon after a head-on crash on Highway 71.

According to authorities, the deadly incident happened around 2:30 p.m. on State Highway 71 near Gregg Drive.

Reports say that the head-on crash claimed the life of the teen, and injured the other driver.

Authorities say tat Jette drove eastbound when the vehicle veered into the westbound lane and struck a diesel tanker. Authorities pronounced Jette dead at the scene after the collision.

The tanker truck driver sustained non-incapacitating injuries. Officials continue to investigate the incident.
