San Bernardino, CA (February 12, 2026) – A 59-year-old driver from San Bernardino, Rafael Cruz Sr., was fatally injured in a W Kendall Drive collision early Monday morning.

It was before 4 a.m. when the deadly crash happened at the intersection with N. University Parkway.

Immediately, the medical team took Cruz Sr. to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he was declared dead.
