San Bernardino County, CA (December 7, 2025) — A 21-year-old motorcyclist, identified as Rafael Martin del Campo of Bloomington, died after a crash on Cedar Avenue in San Bernardino County.

Deputies responded to the scene near Cedar Avenue and 2nd Street in Rialto shortly after 1 p.m. They found Martin severely injured and provided aid until paramedics arrived. He was taken to a nearby trauma center, where he later died.

The driver involved stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Early findings indicate that impairment did not play a role in the crash. Rialto Police’s Major Accident Investigation Team continues to investigate what led to the fatal collision.
