54-Year-Old Ramon Espinosa Killed in Kermit Highway Scooter Accident [Odessa, TX]

Odessa, TX (October 3, 2025) – 54-year-old Ramon Espinosa, of Odessa, was killed in a Kermit Highway scooter accident Wednesday morning.

It was around 7:53 a.m. when the authorities responded to the traffic accident at the 3300 block area.

According to the authorities, Espinosa, was riding a blue electric scooter, traveling east in the outside lane of the highway.

At the same time, Sierra Hall, 32, of Andrews, was eastbound in a silver Ford Expedition and rear-ended Espinosa.

Unfortunately, Espinosa was killed at the scene. 

No other injuries were reported in this deadly crash.
