San Bernardino, CA (September 7, 2026) — 15-year-old Raylynn Ayala died after a traffic collision at an intersection in San Bernardino on Tuesday evening.

The San Bernardino Police Department responded to Highland Avenue and Guthrie Street around 6:18 p.m. following a reported collision involving pedestrian Ayala.

Paramedics transported Ayala to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities later pronounced her dead at approximately 7:28 p.m.
