Midland, TX (March 28, 2025) – Raymond Rodriguez, a Midland man in his 60s, was killed in a Garden City Highway accident Wednesday night.

It was around 9:45 p.m. when the victim was fatally hit by a vehicle while attempting to cross the roadway in a poorly lit area.

MPD said the driver of the 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe was unable to avoid the pedestrian.

The authorities are conducting a further investigation into the fatal accident.
