Richard Bracamonte Declared Dead in Tucson Boulevard Collision [Tucson, AZ]

Tucson, AZ (April 27, 2026) – 48-year-old Richard Bracamonte was killed, while a teen driver was injured following a Tucson Boulevard collision Wednesday.

Investigators said a 16-year-old driver was speeding north when it crashed onto the vehicle driven by Bracamonte while turning left onto the southbound roadway.

Rescuers transported the two drivers to the hospital where Bracamonte succumbed to his injuries minutes after arriving. 

The 16-year-old driver, on the other hand, was treated for minor injuries.

Moreover, investigators said the teen’s speeding and Bracamonte’s failure to yield caused the collision.
