39-Year-Old Rigoberto Bencomo Dead in 31st Avenue Collision

SUV-Motorcycle Crash on Northern Avenue Kills Rider

Phoenix, AZ (March 16, 2026) – 39-year-old Rigoberto Bencomo was fatally injured following a 31st Avenue collision Saturday evening.

It was past 6 p.m. when the SUV turned left in front of the motorcycle and collided with it at the intersection with Northern Avenue.

Responding officers located the motorcyclist, Rigoberto Bencomo, injured after he was nit by an SUV.

The medical team rushed Bencomo to an area hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The SUV driver, on the other hand, remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
