3 People Injured in Riverside Multi-Car Wreck

RIVERSIDE, CA (January 9, 2019) – Three people were injured Monday night in a multi-vehicle crash on the 91 East Freeway near Tyler Street.
 
According to news reports, the multi-car accident blocked all lanes and impelled firefighters to occupy about a hundred yards of the roadway.
 
A 19-year-old woman was critically injured, as well as a 19-year-old man, who suffered only minor injuries. A third victim, whose age was not released, was treated at the scene and released shortly after.
 
Eastbound traffic was stopped for nearly an hour as officials investigated and cleaned up the area.
 
The details regarding how the incident happened are still under investigation.
