HESPERIA, CA (March 15, 2021) – Sunday morning, a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Mariposa Road led to a road closure.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 7:21 a.m. on Interstate 15 near Avenal Street.
 
Reports revealed that a northbound black Lexus lost control for still unknown reasons and rolled over before crashing into a chain-link perimeter fence and coming into rest on its wheels in Mariposa Road.
 
Furthermore, responders treated one person complaining of pain at the scene. Authorities said that all occupants of the vehicle have exited the vehicle and no other injuries were reported.
 
Meanwhile, CHP blocked traffic on Mariposa Road to give way to the investigation.
