Robert Lee Tighe Fatally Struck by Multiple Vehicles on Northern Avenue [Kingman, AZ]

Kingman, AZ (November 27, 2025) – Robert Lee Tighe, 42, of Kingman, was killed after he was hit by multiple vehicles on Northern Avenue Sunday night.

The devastating collision happened past 7 p.m. in the area of Glen Road.

Police found first responders at the scene providing life-saving measures to the victim. Robert Lee Tighe was then rushed to a hospital where he was declared deceased.

Investigators said a vehicle struck Tighe in the road and fled the scene. Afterward, another vehicle also struck Tighe, and that driver reported the accident to the authorities.

A caller said an SUV was speeding while driving recklessly. Officers then reviewed camera footage in the area and tracked down the SUV, which sustained significant front-end damage, at a residence on Heather Avenue.

Troopers later found the driver, Gilbert Roy Selina, 43, at home.

Selina reportedly admitted to the investigators that he struck the victim and fled the scene. He also said another vehicle struck Robert Lee Tighe before his vehicle did.

Police arrested and booked Selina a felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident with death or injury.
