Passenger Killed in Early Morning Crash on State Route 125 in La Mesa
La Mesa, CA (November 5, 2025) — 26-year-old Roberto Jimenez Jr. of San Diego, died early October 26 after a crash on State Route 125 near Spring Street.
Authorities said the sedan he was riding in veered off the highway shortly before 5 a.m. Emergency crews extricated Jimenez from the wreckage, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials continue to investigate what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway.
