Rogelio Hernandez Huerta Fatally Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Hall Road [Las Lomas, CA]

Las Lomas, CA (January 18, 2025) – 40-year-old Rogelio Hernandez Huerta of Royal Oaks was killed in a pedestrian accident on Hall Road late Friday afternoon.

It was around 5:29 p.m. when the deadly traffic crash happened at the intersection with Las Lomas Drive.

CHP said a man was driving a white Toyota pickup truck eastbound on Hall Road toward Las Lomas Drive when a 40-year-old man ran across the intersection.

The pedestrian ran from the north to the south shoulder of Hall Road when he struck the driver’s side of the Toyota.

Immediately, the pickup truck pulled over, and the pedestrian fell to the ground.

That is when an eastbound gray Ford sedan was unable to stop and struck the pedestrian. 

Sadly, the authorities said Rogelio Hernandez Huerta was killed in the accident.

Meanwhile, the drivers of the two vehicles did not suffer injuries and remained at the crash scene.
