Injuries Reported in Lebec Car Accident on Northbound Interstate 5

 
LEBEC, CA (January 3, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, six people, including Roldwin Ramos and Rose Hinola, suffered injuries in a rollover crash on Interstate 5 at the No. 2 Turn Thru.
 
Indeed, reports confirmed that the incident happened at about 1:16 p.m. The officers found out that a white Ford Explorer drove off the road, overturned, and fell in a ditch.
 
According to CHP, the GMC driver turned left abruptly from the No. 2 lane onto the left shoulder. Then, the vehicle crashed into a guardrail and fell down an embankment.
 
As a result, a 7-year-old sustained major injuries in the collision. Meanwhile, Roldwin Ramos, 28, of Norfolk and Rose Hinola, 58 of Oxnard suffered moderate injuries.
 
Additionally, 27-year-old Cristina Niland, a 9-year-old, and a 2-year-old sustained minor injuries.
 
The CHP confirmed that responders took all occupants to Kern Medical for treatment.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities shut down all lanes on northbound Interstate 5 for a short time during the investigation.
