Woman Suffers Minor Injuries in Rollover Collision Near Airway Drive in Moses Lake
Moses Lake, WA (May 17, 2025) — A woman sustained minor injuries Friday morning following a two-vehicle rollover crash near Valley Road Northeast and Airway Drive Northeast in Moses Lake.
According to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, the collision happened shortly before 10 a.m. Investigators said one driver stopped at a stop sign and attempted to head south on Airway Drive Northeast when another vehicle traveling along Valley Road Northeast struck the rear passenger side of the vehicle.
The impact caused the struck vehicle to slide and overturn onto its roof. Emergency crews transported the woman driving that vehicle to Samaritan Hospital with minor injuries. Authorities later towed her vehicle from the scene.
The second driver was not hurt and declined medical assistance before driving home.
Let’s Drive Safer Together
High-speed crashes can occur in the blink of an eye, but so many are preventable with small, intelligent decisions. Pay attention, don’t get distracted (say, by texting) and never drive after drinking. As ever – obey speed limits, buckle up and keep plenty of room between yourself and other vehicles. These are small enough measures to save lives — including your own.
We can all take steps to help keep our roads safe for ourselves, our families and our communities.
Rollover crashes can happen in seconds and often lead to serious injuries. Drivers should stay alert at intersections, obey traffic signs, and always check for oncoming vehicles before entering a roadway. Safe driving habits help protect everyone on the road.
Life After a Traffic Accident
The truth is, a crash doesn’t end when the wreckage is cleared away. For many, it’s just the beginning of a long and difficult road to recovery. Injuries can range from minor bruises to life-changing trauma, and the emotional toll can be just as heavy — stress, anxiety, or even the fear of driving again. Add medical bills, lost wages, and other financial worries, and it can all feel overwhelming.
