Monrovia, CA (October 13, 2025) — Two people sustained serious injuries Saturday morning after a rollover crash on Angeles Crest Highway.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 7 a.m. when a black Ford pickup truck overturned after veering off Angeles Crest Highway near mile marker 45.15.

Emergency responders airlifted two trauma patients to Huntington Hospital in Pasadena for treatment.

A 20-year-old man also suffered injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. His current condition remains undisclosed.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
