The crash happened around 1:40 a.m. on County Road 302 east of Highway 63. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 2008 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway and overturned.

When we’re behind the wheel, we’re not just driving for ourselves—we’re part of a larger community that shares the road. That’s why it’s so important to drive responsibly, stay alert, and respect the rights of others. Safe driving doesn’t just protect you; it protects your family, neighbors, and even strangers traveling alongside you.

Together, we can reduce the number of traffic collisions and create safer roads for everyone. Let’s commit to driving with care, staying focused, and taking responsibility for our actions.

And remember: seatbelts save lives. Whether you’re the driver or a passenger, buckling up is one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent serious injury in a crash.

Seat belts provide vital protection during a crash. Always buckle up before driving or riding in a vehicle, even on short trips.
