Passenger Airlifted After Highway 160 Rollover Near Mancos

Mancos, CO (September 23, 2026) — On Wednesday morning, a passenger suffered injuries and required air transportation to a hospital after a rollover crash on Highway 160 east of Mancos, Colorado.

The crash happened around 9:45 a.m. and involved a GMC pickup towing an RV trailer. The RV left the roadway while the pickup overturned onto its side and blocked both lanes.
