Rollover Crash on Highway 67 Injures 18-Year-Old Park Hills Woman [Madison County, MO]

Madison County, MO (November 6, 2025) — Early Saturday morning, an 18-year-old Park Hills woman sustained moderate injuries after a rollover crash on Highway 67, about four miles south of Cherokee Pass.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 6:25 a.m. when a 19-year-old Piedmont man driving a 2016 Ford Focus veered off the left side of the road, hit an embankment, and overturned. The female passenger was taken by ambulance to Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown for treatment.

Troopers noted that neither the driver nor the passenger was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The vehicle was completely totaled and towed from the scene.
