Thousand Palms, CA (September 18, 2025) — A man suffered major injuries Tuesday morning when he was ejected from a pickup truck after a shocking rollover crash on Interstate 10.

The crash occurred around 7:44 a.m. on the westbound side of the freeway near the Ramon Road overcrossing.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a gold Ford F-150 veered off the roadway and overturned on the right shoulder.

A male passenger was thrown from the truck and transported to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs with serious injuries. Authorities have not confirmed whether the driver sustained injuries. No other occupants were in the vehicle.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
