Rollover Crash on Old Highway 54 Injures 2 People [Fulton, MO]

Fulton, MO (May 5, 2025) — A violent crash on Old Highway 54 south of Fulton left two men seriously injured Saturday afternoon after a pickup lost control on a curve.

The collision happened around 4:04 p.m. north of Propertee Drive, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Investigators said a 1995 Chevrolet Silverado traveling south failed to navigate a curve, crossed the center line, and veered off the left side of the road.

The driver regained the roadway, but the truck struck the side of a 2014 Ford Focus that was also heading south. The vehicles collided again after the pickup overturned.

Emergency crews reported that the driver of the Silverado and a 39-year-old passenger in the Ford sustained serious injuries.
