Noah Kendrick Arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter After Fatal Crash

Denton, TX (August 18, 2025) – 58-year-old passenger Rossanna Cacal was killed in a tragic crash on West Windsor Drive.

According to authorities, the frightening incident happened at the intersection of West Windsor Drive and Northway.

Reports say that 22-year-old Noah Kendrick of Denton faces intoxication manslaughter charges after a crash Friday night that claimed the life of a passenger.

Police said the collision happened when a vehicle turning onto Northway failed to yield and was struck on the passenger side by a car driven by Kendrick.

All three people involved were transported to the hospital. Kendrick and the other driver were treated and later released, but Cacal, a passenger in the second vehicle, died at the hospital around 10:56 p.m.

Officers arrested Kendrick after the crash and booked him into the City of Denton Jail on charges of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was later released on bond.
