Mount Vernon, WA (February 02, 2021) – On Sunday, several sustained injuries, while police arrested Rufino Silva-Anastacia in a DUI crash.

Moreover, the incident took place on McClean Road, at about 9:00 p.m., involving two vehicles.

Silva-Anastacia of Mount Vernon drove east when he rear-ended a vehicle driven by a La Conner man.

Luckily, the infant and toddler in the La Conner man’s car were properly restrained.

However, the adult passenger in that vehicle sustained injuries. Rescuers took the passenger to Harborview.

Meanwhile, authorities arrested Silva-Anastacia who also incurred injuries from the incident.
