Richwood, TX (August 10, 2026) – The authorities arrested 38-year-old Sean Berkley following a deadly crash on Bayou Bend Drive early Sunday morning.

It was around 3:30 a.m. when the solo-vehicle crash happened at the 3100 block area of Bayou Bend Dr.

According to the authorities, Berkley was operating a speeding UTV that was carrying several people during the crash. One of the passengers, a 33-year-old woman, was thrown from the vehicle during the rollover, and was declared dead at the scene.
