Truth About Boating Accidents

“Accidents like this are exactly why we are so adamant that you never, never drink and operate a boat,” Game Warden Captain Brian Bowles, boating law administrator for Nevada said. “Alcohol impairs a boater’s judgment, balance, vision, and reaction time and is the leading contributing factor in recreational boater deaths.”

Moreover, the authorities charged Samir Hernandez with charges on involuntary manslaughter and driving under the influence.

Boating accidents can happen to anyone. That is why it is important to wear a life jacket, check your equipment, and to watch out for weather updates. This way, you can avoid possible risks and prevent unfortunate results.
