Troopers Searching for Suspect Driver in Jurupa Valley Deadly Crash

Jurupa Valley, CA (February 22, 2026) – Sean Heiderich, 22, from Los Angeles, was killed in a hit-and-run collision on Van Buren Boulevard early Saturday morning.

It was just past midnight when the deadly crash happened near Jurupa Road.

Responding officers located Heiderich in the roadway, and they declared him dead at the scene.

Troopers said the sedan that struck Heiderich fled the scene.

Meanwhile, officers are asking anyone who may have details on this collision to contact Deputy Vawter at 951-776-1099.
