Driver Arrested After Deadly Pedestrian Crash in Spokane

Spokane Valley, WA (November 16, 2025) — A female pedestrian was killed Friday evening after a tragic crash on North Sullivan Road that led to the arrest of 29-year-old Seth E. Schrammeck.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal incident happened just after 6:20 p.m. as the female victim crossed East Broadway.
