Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Vehicle in Hemet

Hemet, CA (February 10, 2026) – Shanna Webster, 53, of Hemet, was fatally injured following a N. San Jacinto Street crash Friday evening.

It was past 6 p.m. when the deadly crash happened at the 200 block area.

Responding officers found Webster unresponsive lying in the roadway.

Officers performed life-saving measures but Webster was declared dead at the scene.

The driver cooperated with the investigators and impaired driving was not suspected in this accident.
