1 Hurt in Artesia Single-Vehicle Accident near 183rd Street and Pioneer Boulevard

ARTESIA, CA (August 10, 2023) – Wednesday morning, an alarming LA County Sheriff’s Department Vehicle Crash near 183rd Street and Pioneer Boulevard injured 1 person.

The crash involving a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department vehicle happened just before 10:00 a.m. near 183rd Street and Pioneer Boulevard.

After the crash, the vehicle was wedged between a utility pole and a home.

According to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department, four patients received treatment at the scene, including the sheriff’s deputy who was extricated from the patrol vehicle by firefighters.

However, the authorities haven’t disclosed who was transported to the hospital.
