Sherry Ann Parsons Arrested in Tragic DUI Crash on Shepherd Drive [Houston, TX]

Houston, TX (December 5, 2023) On Thursday evening, HPD arrested 32-year-old Sherry Ann Parsons after a tragic crash on North Shepherd Drive.

According to the Houston Police Department, the fatal 2-vehicle collision around 11:35 p.m. on 700 North Shepherd Drive on November 30.

Reports say that Parsons was driving a northbound white Mitsubishi Outlander on the southbound lanes on Shepard Drive.

Authorities say that Parsons vehicle crashed into a southbound white Volkswagen Jetta. Officials say that the 34-year-old male driver died at the scene.

Meanwhile, Parsons suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital.

Officials say that Parsons was found to be impaired and subsequently charged in the crash, and once released Parsons will be taken to the Harris County Jail.
