Shocking Crash on Highway 215 Results in Injuries [San Bernardino, CA]

San Bernardino, CA (June 28, 2025) — Late Wednesday night, a rollover crash on Highway 215 in San Bernardino left one person seriously injured and two others with minor injuries.

The collision happened at approximately 10:11 p.m. on the southbound 215 Freeway just north of University Parkway.

California Highway Patrol officers, San Bernardino County Fire, and AMR responded to the scene, where they found a single vehicle overturned about 50 feet off the right shoulder of the freeway.

The crash involved four occupants. Paramedics transported one person with major injuries to a local hospital, while two others suffered minor injuries. A fourth occupant declined medical treatment at the scene.

Investigators said witnesses reported the vehicle was traveling at a high speed before the driver lost control, left the roadway, and crashed through about 30 feet of guardrail before overturning.

No other vehicles were involved. CHP continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
