Port Orchard, CA (April 26, 2026) – A 41-year-old Silverdale man was fatally injured following a Bethel Road SE accident Tuesday night.

The deadly traffic crash happened past 11 p.m. at the intersection with SE Van Skiver Road in Port Orchard.

Troopers said the 24-year-old man who struck the pedestrian said he did not see the victim while he was driving south.

Meanwhile, the driver performed field sobriety tests at the scene, and officers did not see signs of impairment.
