NEW MADRID COUNTY, MO (March 24, 2026) – Sunday night, a devastating single-vehicle crash on County Road 403 near Marston killed one person.

The incident happened at around 9:50 p.m. on County Road 403 near Marston.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a northbound truck lost control, crashed, and rolled over.

Moreover, officers confirmed that a 21-year-old male passenger of the vehicle died in the crash. Then, paramedics transported a 19-year-old male passenger of the vehicle to a Cape Girardeau hospital with serious injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
