Injuries Reported in Hutto Auto Accident on East Wilco Highway

HUTTO, TX (December 29, 2025) – Saturday night, a crippling single-vehicle crash on East Wilco Highway sent 2 people to the hospital.

The incident happened at about 10:41 p.m. in the 800 block of East Wilco Highway.

Two people were ejected from the vehicle and taken to separate trauma hospitals, Hutto police said. One patient suffered life-threatening injuries and is now in critical but stable condition. The condition of the second patient has not been released.

The roadway reopened around 2:08 a.m. after police completed their investigation.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
