Injuries Reported in Antioch Auto Accident on Golf Course Road near Lone Tree Way

ANTIOCH, CA (December 23, 2025) – Sunday morning, a crippling single-vehicle crash on Golf Course Road near Lone Tree Way injured 2.

The incident happened just before 5:00 a.m. when a car crashed into a tree on Golf Course Road near Lone Tree Way.

Police and firefighters responded to the scene but initially did not find any victims. Antioch police later determined that at least two occupants of the vehicle had already gone to a hospital on their own.

As of Sunday evening, both were reported to have non-life-threatening injuries.

Brian Nannini of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District said wet road conditions may have contributed to the crash. He noted the roadway was not excessively wet, but slick enough for a driver to lose control.

No additional details have been released by the Antioch Police Department.
