Single-Vehicle Crash on Route WW Injures 2 People [Callaway County, MO]

Callaway County, MO (September 7, 2026) — On Friday afternoon, two Fulton men suffered injuries and required hospitalization after a frightening solo-vehicle crash on Route WW.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 4:40 p.m. near County Road 340. A 2013 Chevrolet Silverado left the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment.

The impact sent the pickup airborne before it overturned and landed back on the roadway. The 56-year-old driver suffered minor injuries, while his 55-year-old passenger sustained serious injuries. Ambulances transported both men to a hospital for treatment.

Both occupants wore seat belts when the crash occurred. Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
