2 Dead in Denver Auto Accident on Weld County Road 33 and Highway 392

DENVER, CO (December 18, 2025) – Tuesday night, a devastating single-vehicle crash on Weld County Road 33 and Highway 392 killed 2.

The incident involving a single vehicle happened at about 11:11 p.m. on Weld County Road 33 and Highway 392.

Investigators said a Lincoln MKC was traveling southbound on Weld County Road 33 when it failed to stop at a stop sign at Highway 392. The vehicle went off the right side of the road, struck a fence, went airborne off a dirt embankment, crashed into a large tree, and landed back on the roadway.

The driver, a 22-year-old woman from Kansas City, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 19-year-old male passenger from Arkansas City, Kansas, also died at the scene.

A juvenile male passenger with serious injuries was taken to a hospital. Another juvenile male suffered minor injuries and was also transported for treatment. Their ages were not immediately available.

The Weld County Coroner will release the victims’ identities after the next of kin are notified. Colorado State Patrol is asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call 303-239-4500.
