SR 395 Collision Injures Springdale Teen [Deer Park, WA]

Deer Park, WA (March 21, 2026) – A 17-year-old motorcyclist from Springdale was injured in a SR 395 collision Wednesday afternoon.

The traffic crash happened before 4 p.m. on March 18.

WSP determined that the motorcyclist was southbound on the freeway, at the same time, a truck was stopped at a stop sign at Cleveland and SR-395. 

Police said the truck failed to yield to the motorcyclist and struck them. 

The motorcyclist was rushed to Sacred Heart for his injuries. 

Police said DUI was not involved in the crash, and the truck driver is facing failure-to-yield charges.
