Police Investigate T-Bone Crash at Adie Road and St. Charles Rock Road in St.Ann
ST. ANN, MO (May 13, 2026) — A St. Ann police officer suffered injuries in a crash at Adie Road on Tuesday morning after another driver struck his patrol vehicle while he was responding to an emergency call.
According to the St. Ann Police Department, the crash happened around 7 a.m. while the officer was on his way to a disturbance call involving an active assault. Police said the officer had his emergency lights and siren activated.
As the officer drove through the intersection of Adie Road and St. Charles Rock Road, another driver failed to stop and T-boned the patrol vehicle.
The impact pinned the officer inside the vehicle. Firefighters responded to the scene and had to cut the officer out of the wreckage.
Police said civilians rushed to help the officer after the crash.
The officer suffered injuries to his leg and hip but is expected to make a full recovery.
The St. Ann Police Department thanked the public for its concern and support and reminded drivers to stop and pull over for emergency vehicles to help prevent similar crashes.
Authorities have not released additional details about the other driver or whether citations were issued.
The crash remains under investigation.
