Injuries Reported in Victorville Auto Accident on Bear Valley Road and Ridgecrest Road

VICTORVILLE, CA (July 7, 2026) – Sunday afternoon, a person was airlifted after a startling 2-vehicle crash on Bear Valley Road and Ridgecrest Road.



The incident happened at around 2:16 p.m. at the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Ridgecrest Road.

A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Ridgecrest Road sent two people to the hospital, including one who was airlifted with serious injuries, authorities said.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a maroon Chevrolet sedan traveling westbound on Bear Valley Road collided with a gray Ram pickup truck traveling southbound on Ridgecrest Road.

Both occupants of the Chevrolet were transported to a hospital. One of them was airlifted by Mercy Air 22 to a regional trauma center due to the severity of their injuries.

The two occupants of the Ram were not injured.

Westbound Bear Valley Road was temporarily detoured while crews cleared the scene.

Deputies are investigating the crash. Authorities said alcohol is not suspected to have been a factor.
